Solitude is such a potential thing.
We hear voices in solitude,
we never hear in the hurry and turmoil of life;
we receive counsels and comforts,
we get under no other condition…
Amelia Barr
An important insight I had in my life is that as long as I chase behind money it will always be faster and escape. All I need to do is stop chasing and turn around facing money as it comes towards me.
The secret is to be in resonance with having money. It’s our attitudes, feelings and thought forms around money that attract or reject money.
It took me forty years of research and a lifelong experience of Selfgrowth and transformation to figure out how to shift that resonance from lack to abundance.
The even better news: You can profit from this knowledge wherever you live. I work with wave patterns that reach beyond time and space. Personal presence is not required. You can sit comfortably at home and pace the process according to your needs.
All you need to do is register fo the next course on money starting Tuesday, October 9

There is so much wonder in the world, so much beauty, so much to enjoy. There is also so much that we miss, because habit makes it fade into the background.
The good news is that you can choose to focus on all the wonderful things that everybody else takes for granted. Count your blessings. They are plentifold.
Look at what has been given to you through your birth, your family, your education, your own potential, will and skills.
Look at all the great things around you. You may need to use a magnifying glass that makes simple things, like electricity to heat water with, look like a big deal. After all, if you go a couple days without electricity, you will see that it IS a big deal.
If you want to cultivate your capacity of gratitude, have a look at my book: Growing through Joy
The book will teach you how to grow joy in your life

If my theory of relativity is proven correct,
Germany will claim me as a German

Should my theory prove untrue,
France will say that I am a German

Are you over 50? Yes? Well, you are a medical miracle.
In nature, you would be bear munchies by now. But thanks to inoculation, sanitation, nutrition, shelter, hygiene and a few billion minor innovations, you not only have outrun the big beasts, but you have outfoxed the bacteria and other tiny saboteurs above you in the food chain.
Celebrate it
P.S. If you are not over 50, don’t worry - you are a medical miracle in progress.
Arnold Joseph Toynbee, 1889 - 1975 reminds us that we often are our worst enemy
The human race’s prospects of survival
were considerably better
when we were defenceless against tigers
than they are today
when we have become defenceless
against ourselves.
The good news is: we can become conscious of our impulses and negative programmes and bring ourselves into resonance with positive strategies.

Seek not the favor of the multitude;
it is seldom got
by honest and lawful means.
But seek the testimony of the few;
and number not voices, but weigh them.
Immanuel Kant, 1724 - 1804
LOVE, doesn’ that word trigger all your romantic ideals as we get them fed day by day through the media?
But isn’t there more to love? Most of us also love our children, pets or good friends.
Through that bigger love, we learn that love is not just a feeling - it is a sense of connection, compassion, dependence, and desire to remain close.
Augst may be a good time to reconnect with lost loves in our families and friendship circles as we enjoy the sun and the quieter times of vacation.
This is the true joy in life,
the being used for a purpose
recognized by yourself as a mighty one;
the being thoroughly worn out
before you are thrown on the scrap heap;
the being a force of Nature
instead of a feverish selfish little clod of ailments and grievances
complaining that the world will not devote itself
to making you happy.
George Bernard Shaw (1856 - 1950)
It is a great piece of skill
to know how to guide your luck,
even while waiting for it.
Baltasar Gracian, 1601 - 1656
The Ebook ‘Beyond Suffering’ will teach you to the techniques of how to guide your luck
Smiling is such an easy and important tool.
It triggers the endorphins in your brain that are responsible for making you feel better.
All it takes is raising the corners of your lips upwards for at least 30 seconds.
Better yet, smile at somebody you don’t know. And at somebody you do. Why not go all out and smile at everybody you meet and everything you meet.
You will be surprised what such a simple tool will do to you and your neighbourhood.
Too many of our prejudices
are like pyramids upside down.
They rest on tiny, trivial incidents,
but they spread upward and outward
until they fill our minds.
William McChesney Martin, 1906 - 1998
I may not have gone
where I intended to go,
but I think I
have ended up
where I intended to be.
Douglas Noel Adams, 1952 - 2001

If the world should blow itself up,
the last audible voice would be
that of an expert
saying it can’t be done.
Peter Ustinov, 1921 - 2004
If you had the choice between joy and suffering in your life, which would you choose? You would probably say joy. But think about it. Would you really be willing to give up your drama for the sake of joy? Or do you think that joy and suffering can exist side by side?
They cannot. Suffering and joy exclude each other. Suffering is fed by feelings of self-devaluation and failure. They confirm one’s notion of worthlessness and legitimate one’s suffering.
It is important to distinguish between suffering and pain. Pain signalizes an injury or an imbalance in our system. Suffering is a fixation on the pain, an attitude of ignorance or an attempt to find an identity.
For many people their life drama is the basis of their identity. Their aim in life is to gain recognition for the suffering that they have endured. This is a very human and legitimate need. The problem is that recognising the suffering does not cure it. On the contrary.
The knowledge that it gets you attention and compassion from others gives the suffering additional value. It becomes a tool for gaining affection. The suffering is thereby strengthened, and it becomes even more difficult to free yourself from its grip.
You want to know how to free yourself?
Have a look at the Ebook ‘Beyond Suffering’.
It will teach you
