Gain the self-discipline for a fulfilled life

Filed under: — Ulla Sebastian @ 9:25 am

Many people know what’s good for them but they don’t have the self-discipline to let go of bad habits and to establish good habits. Successful people work a lot, not out of duty or greed but because they feel inspired by their own vision and mission in life.

For that reason, I researched and developed for many years the option of distance courses that help to create the self-discipline by optimising the resonance for it.

Within theses courses I shift energetic patterns that keep resistances in place through a broad range of healing modalities such as movement, breathing, colour or sound.

The courses will give you insight into the underlying structure of your attachment to suffering and teach you techniques of how to better deal with it.

With this work, I am delighted to share forty years of research and a lifelong experience of Selfgrowth and transformation with you to assist you to deal with stress faster, less painful and more effective.

Distance courses work with wave patterns that reach beyond time and space. Personal presence is not required. You can sit comfortably at home and pace the process according to your needs.

The benefit of these courses for you will be to:

  • Get clear on what you want for your health, relationships, money issues, work, other areas or life in general
  • Gain insight into the underlying structure of those factors that keep the depression in place
  • Become aware of your true needs and develop a step-by-step-plan how to bring it into your life
  • Transform life-depleting habits that no longer serve you
  • Have your resonance transformed and optimised for the attitudes, thought patterns, feelings and habits that will help you to bring joy into your life
  • Develop and maintain constructive skills through weekly instructions
  • Have professional and peer support to achieve what makes your life fulfilled

The next course will be on Health, starting next week Tuesday, December 4

“Favourite” Thought Forms around Health

Filed under: — Ulla Sebastian @ 9:30 am

SOME “FAVOURITE” THOUGHT FORMS AROUND HEALTH THAT
YOU MAY HAVE HEARD AS A KID.

Don’t be such a wimp. It probably isn’t as bad as you make it sound
Poor health is a punishment for bad deeds (for not being perfect)
Don’t get sick. We can’t afford that in our family
The body isn’t important. Your mind/intelligence/performance is important
As long as the body functions well, why bother? There are more important
    things in life
Looking after your body/sport/sleep/health care is a luxury and egoistic
Those who are healthy haven’t really worked in their life
Sick people have too much time or too much money
Don’t complain. Others are much worse off than you
    Aging means disease
What comes by itself goes by itself
If somebody is sick, it’s their fault

Are any of them familiar?

Feel free to write down those messages that have been important in YOUR life.
Those messages have power.

If you want to change them, check out the free course on Positive Affirmations

Being crowded or rather on your own?

    Time Management

Filed under: — Ulla Sebastian @ 9:01 am

To reduce stress, develop the habit of a good time management. This is especially important for dealing with stress that is induced by increased responsibilities or having to meet deadlines in your job.

Break down large projects into small parts that you can easily oversee and handle one part at a time. Do what needs to be done first and pace other tasks according to priorities. Identify your short term, middle term and long term goals to priorities your tasks.

Develop a support network to rely on in times of need and take direct action when stress arises.

To deal with stress that is self-induced through worries about possible future events, use the image of a peaceful event to quiet down your mind and to be here and now. Your body responds to your worries about something that hasn’t happened yet the same way as it responds to outer events that actually are happening. You can use that ability of the brain to deal with stress through positive visualisations.

Get clear what YOU need to do to reduce the stress.

If you would like professional support, I offer distance courses where I shift those stress patterns through a broad range of healing modalities such as movement, breathing, colour or sound.

    A perfect match

Filed under: — Ulla Sebastian @ 9:47 am

For a long time it puzzled me
    how something so expensive,
    so leading edge,
    could be so useless,
and then it occurred to me
that a computer is a stupid machine
    with the ability to do
    incredibly smart things,
while computer programmers are smart people
with the ability to do incredibly stupid things.
They are, in short, a perfect match.

    Live a balanced life

Filed under: — Ulla Sebastian @ 8:57 am

Robert Fulghum reminds us to live a balanced life

    Be aware of wonder.
    Live a balanced life - l
earn some and think some and
    draw and paint and sing
    and dance and play and
    work every day some.

Robert Fulghum born in 1937 grew up at Waco, Texas. He wasn’t afraid to get his hands dirty, he worked as ditch digger, newspaper carrier, ranch hand, and singing cowboy before college.

He went to work for IBM but soon went back to class, this time at seminary. During 22 years as a Unitarian minister in the Seattle area he started writing short essays and became known nationally when his first collection, “All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten”, stayed on the New York Times bestsellers list for two years.

He knew what he was talking about.
In order to live a balanced life we need to getthe energetic structrue optimised that holds all those patterns that prevent us to do so.

When I looked at it I decided to find a way to tackle it.

The outcome is a distance courses where I shift those energetic patterns through a broad range of healing modalities such as movement, breathing, colour or sound.

The courses will give you insight into the underlying structure of your attachment to suffering and teach you techniques of how to better deal with it.

    Have it your way?

Filed under: — Ulla Sebastian @ 9:39 am

Clive Staples Lewis, 1898 - 1963 charmingly distinguishes two kinds of people.

    There are two kinds of people in the world;
those who say to God, ‘Thy will be done,’
and those to whom God says,
‘Go ahead, then, have it your way.’

    Which type appeals to you?

Learn to love yourself with the ebook on joy

Filed under: — Ulla Sebastian @ 9:16 am

    Just because you love someone
doesn’t mean you have to be involved with them.
Love is not a bandage to cover wounds.

    Hugh Elliott

And yet, how often do we wish to have somebody who covers our wounds and saves us from loneliness?

In my practice where I work with people I hear it more often than not.

If we truly we want to love somebody, we need to start with ourselves and grow the joy, love and support that we desire from others.

The Ebook ‘Beyond Suffering’ will help you to discover the four pillars of how to grow joy and love in your life

    • The difference it makes when you say YES: YES to life, to the Self, to the other person, to your community, to human values and to the union with life and the challenges that you have to face in making these choices
    • How the creation of your own story keeps you in bondage and how you can change it
    • How self-forgiveness can set you free
    • The difference between guilt feelings and responsibility
    • The difference between a victim and a victim attitude
    • The illusion of romantic love, how it makes you unhappy and how you can move beyond it
    • The secret of true sharing
    • The power of counting your blessings
    • The balance of giving and receiving and how you can attain it
    • The spiral nature of the process of life
    • How you can use love as a growth process
