Changing belief systems

Filed under: — Ulla Sebastian @ 10:25 am

A participant of one of the distance courses wrote:

“I have received so many deep insights over these 3 months and experienced weeks that have shed light and understanding on subconscious and unconscious patterns that I trust are being healed.

The most powerful affirmation, which I continue with, is “I am now able to manifest what I truly want for myself. I sent an account of a very powerful dream I had in December which is given me so much encouragement to be truly committed to realising my dreams in my life.

I believe I am making significant shifts in my belief system - to make supportive, life-affirming beliefs about love and fulfilment

People go through amazing changes when they do these courses.

When memory fools us

Filed under: — Ulla Sebastian @ 9:29 am

I vividly remember that as a kid I suspected that my mother had destroyed the doll that I had loved most. I took it as a sign for her ambivalent relationship towards me

One day, when I was preparing to move into the Findhorn community in the Northeast of Scotland, my mother brought a large package from the attic storage and said, “I have kept your toys for you. I thought that it would be lovely for you to have them as mementos. Oh, what painful embarrassment shook me as I rummaged through the box. On its floor lay the wooden doll. Nothing was left of the splendor, which had invested the early childhood days, but she had endured through this long time unharmed.

The shock shattered the story of the rejected daughter, and with it came the collapse of the carefully built card-house of my memories, my story. It opened my eyes to what had really happened. However, it took some more years of deep and intense work before I could recognize that the fears and scares of my childhood had had little to do with my family, that my mother had loved and valued me as much as I could have wished for, and that she and I were just as human as are all mothers and daughters, with our strengths and weaknesses, personal challenges, failures and successes.

This incident stayed in my mind as a warning while I listened to other people telling their story during therapeutic sessions. I knew now how the brain deludes us by selecting and assembling single aspects of events in such a way that it supports our core beliefs. And the more frequently we tell our story to others, the more we are convinced of its truthfulness. I found that to the same degree that I could penetrate the construction of my own story and release it, I could support others in giving up their story.

This is not as simple as it sounds. We are often fundamentally attached to our perception of reality. It gives us identity, it excuses our weaknesses and it justifies our human laziness. Surely, it is the others who are responsible for our suffering! Why then should we strain ourselves to change our life?

To give up our story means taking responsibility for our life, for all that has happened to us, and for all that we have made out of it.

That may take a few steps. I offer a range of support that will fit every pocket

Choose a colourful summer

Filed under: — Ulla Sebastian @ 9:08 am

Above all keep your colours fresh!

Edouard Manet, 1832 – 1883

We need to do this with the colours of our life. How often are we tempted to look at life through dark glasses?

We have the choice to make our life joyful and colourful.

Forty years of research, work with thousands of people from all over the world and a lifelong experience of Selfgrowth and transformation have taught me that many people resist having this joyful and colourful life.

This resistance has many reasons. There are three major reasons that I have come across

1. Christian values program you for suffering.

They are so deeply rooted that they are hard to see and even harder to overcome.

My Ebook “Beyond Suffering” gives you deep insights why we are so stuck on suffering

2. The faster, the better. Our consumer society trains you for ‘quickies’.

In my experience, changing deep-rooted beliefs and habits cannot be done in minutes. It takes a focused and continuous effort.

The Ebook provides the tools how to build your physical and inner strength so that you develop the necessary stamina to move beyond suffering.

3. Our medical and psychotherapeutic system are based on Newtonian principles.

Have you ever wondered why all your work on the physical, emotional and mental level hasn’t really changed basic patterns in your life?

The reason is that energetic patterns hold physical symptoms, emotional disturbances and negative belief systems in place.

For basic shifts to happen your body-mind-system needs rewiring so that all your work gets integrated and synthesised on a higher level of frequency.

The Ebook provides the understanding and the tools how to shift the resonance with life-depleting energy patterns and create a higher level of coherence that we experience as well-being, joy and fulfilment

Christian values, consumer values and Newtonian principles for our health are the bad news.

The good news is: We got other choices.

You want to know which ones? Read more

Thinking abundantly

Filed under: — Ulla Sebastian @ 9:23 am

Your thoughts have the potential to bring into your life that what you focus on all day. This is the law of physics that “like energy attracts like energy”.

Your mind and your thoughts are part of that energy which is underlying your visible world. Quantum physicists call this reality the quantum field. The practical application of this basic law of physics is that you have the choice to put your mind towards abundance or lack.

This process happens all the time but mostly you are doing it unconsciously with your negative or ambivalent feelings and all the words that run like an inner tape.

We have inherited attitudes, thoughts and beliefs about money from our family, friends, media and culture at large. Examining and exploring your habits, thoughts and feelings about money is essential to create abundance in your life.

I offer a free course that will assist you in this exploration.

Becoming conscious of your habits, thoughts and feelings about money is a first important step but often not enough to really shift the deep-rooted energetic patterns that hold the attitudes, beliefs and feelings of lack and scarcity in place.

If you would like professional help for developing prosperity habits check out the distance course on Money starting in October.

I offer insights into the underlying structure of problems, inspirational information, affirmations, exercises and suggestions of how to increase your income and spend and invest your money wisely.

With this work, I am delighted to share forty years of research, work with thousands of people from all over the world and a lifelong experience of Selfgrowth and transformation with you to assist you in achieving money and abundance faster, less painful and more effective.

Distance courses work with wave patterns that reach beyond time and space. Personal presence is not required to fully benefit from it. You can sit comfortably at home and pace the process according to your needs.

Protecting our souls

Filed under: — Ulla Sebastian @ 10:34 am

Have no fear of robbers or murderers.
Such dangers are without, and are but petty.
We should fear ourselves.
Prejudices are the real robbers; vices the real murderers.
The great dangers are within us.
What matters it what threatens our heads or our purses?
Let us think only of what threatens our souls.

Victor Hugo, 1802 – 1885

Appreciation, a tool for change

Filed under: — Ulla Sebastian @ 8:23 am

“…the number-one reason people leave organizations is that they don’t feel appreciated”, notes the U.S. Department of Labour according to a recent Gallup Poll report.

The lack of appreciation leads to high costs in business paid for having to replace valuable co-workers that go somewhere else in need for being valued and appreciated.

Appreciation is nourishment for the soul and a high motivator to produce quality results.

I guess we all remember those days in school when we failed a task and got blamed or ridiculed in front of others. Many carry those memories like a stamp on their self-esteem. Appreciation serves like a healing force for the wounded self-esteem and as an encouragement to step beyond our own limitations.

Turning a wooden leg into a positive opportunity?

Filed under: — Ulla Sebastian @ 8:32 am

How about turning the wooden leg into a positive opportunity?

In spite of my wooden leg I could share my gifts with others, make this world a better place, change my life to the better

Easier said than done? Unfortunately, yes.

For that reason, I developed a range of tools to support you to become and do what you truly want.

Can you teach an old dog new tricks?

Filed under: — Ulla Sebastian @ 9:40 am

Can you teach an old dog new tricks? Can you teach yourself new tricks? Can you change old habits?

Neurolinguistic programming (NLP) tells us we can if we repeat the new habit often enough.

That all depends how deeply engrained the old habit are and how much you like to perform the new task.

There is an excellent support for changing old deep-rooted habits that got developed during the last decade in the States. It’s called Holographic Repatterning and its based on changing the resonance or the deeper energetic structure of those habits.

I further developed this approach into distance courses.

Distance courses work with wave patterns that reach beyond time and space. Personal presence is not required. You can sit comfortably at home and pace the process according to your needs.

The benefit of these courses for you will be to:

  • Get clear on what you want for your health, relationships, money issues, work, other areas or life in general
  • Gain insight into the underlying structure of those factors that keep the depression in place
  • Become aware of your true needs and develop a step-by-step-plan how to bring it into your life
  • Transform life-depleting habits that no longer serve you
  • Have your resonance transformed and optimised for the attitudes, thought patterns, feelings and habits that will help you to bring joy into your life
  • Develop and maintain constructive skills through weekly instructions
  • Have professional and peer support to achieve what makes your life fulfilled
