I would like to let you know how I have been feeling this week. This weekend
I was very depressed. I have had to work hard with myself to lift it.
I went for a long walk, took a flower essence (mustard), and made myself do
some socialising. I,m not sure whether this depression is linked to the H.R.
or just life’s circumstances. As I mentioned before my friendship with a male
friend was looking like it might be developing into something deeper. I have
been waiting for him to contact me, and sort of expecting that he would do so
at the weekend – however he didn’t, and I was disappointed by this, and I
think I was depressed because of that. “
Relationships nowadays are a school for growth. Many of us suffer through this. This doesn’t need to be the case. We can shift those patterns with the technology that is available today.
