The Art of Harvesting
The Fruits of Our Life
Detailed Programme
The art of harvesting is the ability to recognise the fruits of our
work, to gratefully use and enjoy them and to know how to draw new seed from
them. When we have developed this capacity, our storehouse will be filled
so that the fruits of our work nourish others and us.
Instead of acknowledging those fruits with appreciation and joy,
many people hide them out of a false sense of modesty. Or they diminish
them or let them even dry up. Some are not aware of the seeds that they have
sown so they don't recognise the fruits.
These seminar aims to bring us into resonance with all we have sown,
nurtured and completed. If we acknowledge the work that we have done so
far and the results of it, we gain strength and inspiration for the next
cycle of life
We will specifically deal with the following themes:
- I am grateful for the gift of life and I use it to make something
good out of my talents and abilities.
- I make sure to get the seeds in time. I protect the young sprouts,
nurture the plants and harvest the fruit at the right time
- I am aware of the seeds that I planted in important areas of my
life
- I am grateful for the good fortunes in my life
- I acknowledge and validate myself for all the work that I have
done and I am happy about the genuine appreciation of others.
- I am grateful for the fruits that life grants me without having
to do anything for it
- I use the productive critical perception of others about my talents,
capacities and results as fertiliser for my ‚plants' and I throw devaluating
and destructive comments into the garbage can.
- I harvest and enjoy wholeheartedly the fruits of my work. I use
them to nurture myself and I share them with others.
- I recognise the wisdom in the cycles of life. I use ‚the winter
times', to allow new seeds to germinate, the spring times to let them sprout,
the summer times to let them blossom and the autumn times to reap the
fruits.
- The storehouse of my life is well filled and gets replenished
in time.
